FOR KIDS
Bring your kids over to the face painting tent for our volunteers to transform your child's face with the stroke of a brush into a butterfly, tiger, cars... loads of possibilities. Also, there will be a person roaming the grounds doing balloon creations, and not just ordinary ones! There are many door prizes for kids...check them out at the Door Prize tent!

The Sherwood School Breakfast Program was started in February 2009 to serve a nutritious bagged breakfast to kids in Grades 5-9 who need it. Prior to the implementation of the Breakfast Program, teachers had been stocking granola bars in their desks to give out to kids who said they had not eaten that day and were hungry. This Breakfast Program is now expanding to serve children in Kindergarten to Grade 4 at Banting and Best, a sister school to Sherwood.
Since 1961 Camp Chamisall has run week long camps for kids in Grades 3-12. Each summer over 650 students and 150 volunteers attend Camp Chamisall. Funds will send underprivileged kids to camp.

BURNOUT EVENT
A popular attraction the last 2 years, the Burnout Event is back. Some 25 eager participants donated their smoking rubber to decorate our burnout pad. Get your lungs ready for a workout once again. The Sun will Shine and the Smoke will Rise!
